| That is just wrong that you don’t know what your season opening date is. What else don’t you know that has changed. Reading the regulation and knowing the regulations and season dates should be number one on anyone’s list of things to do before you ever put a trap in the ground. | |

| Particularly upsetting is the fact that you were actively targeting cats with your sets and locations | |

| In my opinion it don’t matter if your new to trapping or returning to trapping you should know the rules and regulations from front to back. You obviously new something about the tags or you wouldn’t have asked. I have been trapping for 35 yrs now and I know for a fact I have read the regulations front to back before I ever set a trap each and every one of them years. Sorry I just can’t believe that somebody is out there trapping that don’t know season dates. Like I said before what else don’t you know that you should. | |

| Wildcat........................Wow, you should be proud that you have read the regs so many times, might want to go back and re-read it again just to make sure you have not missed anything, or miss interpreted or even forgot, then you can inform me on anything that I don't know or care to know. I would love to say more but im sure the moderator might get upset. I just cant believe that there are still people like your self that have such a complex that they need to make the comments you do .....................do you have a drinking problem, I would bet you do. | |

| In fact I was down at NDOW today and read it twice.......................trouble was as usual the regs always raise questions.
It is lawful to remove someone elses traps as long as you feel they are a threat to you or animals that are with you. So if Im out chuker hunting and run into your traps I can legally remove them as long as I feel they are a threat to my dog...............Wildcat where do you want me to leave them ??

My colors are black and white, All the cats I caught were in November, during the Bobcat season. I was targeting coyotes, since I assumed the season opened in December, no harm done there. In fact I was nice enough to let another one go this morning, a kitten from this year, not much bigger than a Tom house cat. NDOW told me today that the reason for trap tags this year was the lesser of two evils...........the bigger evil was that they were looking into a 24hr trap check state wide. She told me that they are getting a lot of calls from people who are running into traps along hiking trails and trappers not doing the legal trap check. That's what I was told. Seem like instead of making comments about little things we all need to stick together and support each other. We need to have huge turnouts at Game Board Meetings, Few Trappers show up we will all be cage trapping............... So for the best interests of us all im going to forget your comments.................Humor me

| Agreed, your very right. Like I commented before though after sitting through hearings and listening to comments made by antis, I never new so many old woman went out in the middle of nowhere to walk their dog only to have it disappear, and after a long search find the dog in a trap with severe injuries. Then have a veterinarian testify to treating many trap injuries every year. ALL LIES Thats what were up against. They pulled some dirty tricks. Game Board didnt make this happen and couldnt stop it anyways JMHO | |

| I do know that showing up at Game Board Meetings can make a huge difference, Especially in Numbers. Years ago when NDOW wanted to do a stratified hunt Me and a Friend, I do have a Friend, showed up at three County Game Board Meetings and that was enough for them to side against NDOWs proposals. Your right DM look at the dirty stuff they pulled off at the Kavannah hearings....... Get anyone to come in and tell a story and then its up to the opposition to refute it. I was told by a women, don't know her name, that she was caught in a snare and told how painfull it was.............??? Or like last week when someone said, " Aren't you afraid someone might step into your trap, my God it would cut off their foot!!"

| About time you did what you should have done before ever setting a trap in the ground. Good luck finding any of my traps to remove because they scare you. | |
