| Over this summer I have stored my urine and lures out in a shed in my backyard, I pulled them out this morning and most of them have separated, I think this is from the heat? I'm still kind of green as a trapper and I'm worried that I may have ruined them. Will they be ok or should I throw them away? The urine looks fine. | |

| Lure will be fine and as long as your urine doesn't smell like sewage it'll be fine. | |

| Thank you so much! The urine smells like ammonia I'm not sure if that's good or bad either? I appreciate the reply. | |

| You should be good. I keep all my baits, urines and lures in the fridge through out the year. | |

| Just stir the lure and it will be fine. I think sometimes it gets better with age. Like us older trappers.
On old bait, which I use like lure, I stir in some bait enhancer about this time of the year. The enhancers can be bought from most dealers.
Ammonia smell is what you want in urine. The stronger the better. It can be enhanced as well.
I just received my season's supply of lure delivered yesterday from Montgomery. Nathan is a good guy to work with up there in Ogden. Andy Weiser is another great guy to order from.

| Positive fur market report from Groenwald just out. Fox, rats, and even beaver received a good report. Coyotes and cats are king as usual.
Good luck to everyone. The season is almost here.
