| Steve Woods "Bobcatching #1, #2, #3 and John Grahams Bobcats videos #1 and #2 are good. I haven't personally watched the Steve Woods dvd's yet, but have heard from a bunch of guys they are real good. Tom Krause has a good video out on Bobcats also. I don't have any knowledge of good coon dvd's, but I'm sure there are good ones out there. | |

| Steve Woods for bobcats. Craig O'Gorman books and VHS are also great. His book Hoof beats of a Wolfer is like a history lesson on some of the best trappers. Great read. | |

| I've noticed that the video I find most informative has more to do with the trapper being in similar terrain that I trap in... Quite a few videos out there are good, but personally if I'm trapping cats in Idaho, a video of a a cat trapper in Georgia doesn't help that much... | |

| Never seen any of Mark Junes dvds, but I have read his coyote trapping book and I liked it.
Books I really enjoyed on bobcats..... Bill Illchick "Wild West bobcats" one of the best cat trappers in my state! Slim Pederson "Complete bobcat trapping methods" Tom Miranda "Competition Line Bobcat Trapping" All preach Location as #1.
Also enjoyed Mercer Lawings Top Dollar Cat$$. Great fur handling dvd on cats. | |

| i alot of videos can help at trapper out to a certain extent, granted like iDdersertman said location specific is best, but a tip or too can be found from someone who traps another location, but i believe trial and error are the two best teachers, and a good mentor who will point you in the right direction and let you learn and figure the rest out | |
