| Great pictures. Why is it that it appears you have great trapping weather and I'm just north of you some and we have storms?????? Guess I'm not living right or something. Again, thanks for sharing the photos. | |

| Actually the weather around here was so dry this year... a lot of guys I know here locally didn't do so hot with cats. A lot of different guys that usually catch anywhere from 10-30 cats every year only had 3, 5, 2 etc. With no weather it never really got the cats moving. Places where my old man and I have caught cats for years we had nothing, same with other people. Some local guys here did travel a 100-200 miles a day were catching quite a few, but with a rotating shift job and the kids at home its just not possible for me to do that... next year I am taking 3 weeks off to trap though so that should be a good time. | |

| Yea, the weather plays a big part in trapping there is no doubt. Its really hard to catch numbers when you're working a full time job and have duties at home too. Good part is that you are young and things will change as you get older. Its just that its hard for you now, while you have the drive to get it done that makes it frustrating. Enjoy you kids while they are young, you will regret it later if you don't. Try to live life with no major regrets. | |

| Nice pics NVSAGE. Most of that looks like good cat country. Great job on the longsprings. Looks like you have the pan tension set good. | |
