I only hit it hard for December and didn't see much sign but did ok on numbers. The weather obviously was warmer than normal but I had consistent low pressure systems move through the area I was in. I have had consistent luck with low pressure/ storms and catch numbers. I can't seem to catch much without some storms.

So far this year I've only caught a couple cats. same as last year. But this year I put in a ton more efforts to get my #'s up. Seems all I did was put on a lot of miles and learned a lot of lessons!

So take it for what you want but my numbers seem to be down. I'm still new and learning but I believe some of my problem was the weather. when its 55-65 for a high its near impossible to find any sign of any movement. Mid December when we had those freezing temps my overall catch #'s where great. Then two weeks later in comparable country, if not better country, all I had where miles of ground covered finding empty traps.

I had a good Jan. with sign and catches.. Since Feb. my catch and sign have dropped dramatically It seems like it needs to snow for the cats to move .. Season ends next Sat. so we'll see.
