I just joined the site. I like all the info and hope I can contribute. I trap skunks and raccoons and once in a while catch a bobcat, a stupid coyote and fox. Wink

Welcome elkantlers. Where are you from? I noticed that you didn't have a location attached to your avatar. If you has searched this forum site, you will have noticed that most people here are very friendly and helpful. If you ever have a challenge in trapping and don't have a solution for it, post it and see if someone else might have an answer.

I'm from Utah. I have trapped for about 20 years but still have alot to learn. Bobcats trip my trigger but I trap for foxes and coyotes as well.

elkantlers, I feel that when we stop learning is when they are throwing dirt over the top of us. I have learned so much after joining this site. As time goes on and new technology comes along, there is always something out there to teach us a way to build a better cat set (or mouse trap as the old saying goes).
