Hey everyone im a new member to the site....my name is Keith and im 26 years old. I live in gillette wyoming and have been an outdoorsman dang near my whole life. Just about every day i have off of work i am out hunting or fishing for something. This is my first year trapping though and im hooked! I have been learning through trial and error since i dont know anyone else who traps. Ive caught 2 bobcats 4 coyotes and 1 badger so far. I have called in alot of coyotes too since i have alot more experience doing it that way. Im looking forward to learning some tips and tricks from some of you more experienced guys so ill be asking alot of questions!

I havent tried coon yet..:..its a pretty dry area where i live but there are a few around.....im gonna try to get some next season. I found a good spot to trap cats and coyotes on the powder river and last time i was up there i saw two coons. Ill have to do some reading though cause i dont know the first thing bout coon trapping. Lol

Get a hold of Tom Krause in Riverton, Wy. His phone number is: 307-856-3830. He is a wealth of knowledge and has put out some good material (written and video) on trapping in your state.
