 cinnamon as a lure/in a lure

Have you ever used cinnamon as a lure or in a lure? If so, what were your results.
I understand that beaver and racoon are intereasted in cinnamon.

only one way to find out, try some, i would think if it has a sweet smell it would work, would about be like anise oil you would think, anything has got to smell better than anise oil, i hate the smell of it
